Usage of Artificial Intelligence

At present, We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to vet current or potential employees. However, We reserve the right to do so in the future, subject to updating this privacy policy with the appropriate disclosures.

That said, We use AI for technical assistance with inbound calls, as well as writing blogs, articles and creating other literature. To our knowledge, none of these uses are considered high risk or currently limited or regulated by any law or regulation where We conduct business.

  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which We collect your data. You can also opt-out by logging into the Website and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile, or by simply sending us an email with your request to contact@trayer.com
  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which We collect your data or by simply sending us an email stating your request to contact@trayer.com. If We have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions. This opt-out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.
  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that We collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by emailing us a contact@trayer.com. 

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. 

Your State Privacy Rights

Various U.S. states (e.g., as of the date of this Policy, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia) allow consumers to opt out of sharing of their data. As such, residents of those states may request that the Company:

  • Disclose the sources, categories, and specific pieces of personal information We have collected about them, how that information is used, and with whom the Company shares it
  • Disclose the purpose for collecting personal information

  • Delete/rectify/restrict their personally identifiable information, subject to certain exceptions (right of rectification not applicable to Utah residents)
  • Though not specifically applicable to this Company, to disclose, for any “sales” of personal information, the categories of personal information collected and sold and to what categories of third parties it was sold
  • Though not specifically applicable to this Company, to opt them out of sales of their personal information (if any) or subject certain personal information to automated decision-making algorithms (not applicable to Utah residents)
  • Provide a copy of their personal information in a readily usable format that allows the information to be transmitted to others
  • Residents in these states may not be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights described above.

Note that if you are a resident of Colorado, you must consent for us to process outside of Colorado any of your sensitive personal information or any personal information of a minor. However, note that We do not intend to collect any sensitive personal information or data of children.

The Company does not currently “sell” (as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act and other U.S. state laws) any Personal Information subject to this Privacy Policy, and We do not exchange Personal Information for any type of financial incentive.

It is our policy to post any changes We make to our privacy policy on this page. If We make material changes to how We treat our users’ personal information, We will notify you through a notice on the Website home page.
